Room Host Responsibilities

Here are a few Room Host Responsibilities:

•     Pick up room host packet and review contents

•     Report to assigned session room, greet, and assist speaker

•     Introduce speaker and make any other announcements

•     Thank speaker and give them their speaker gift 

Student volunteers do receive a discount. Students that volunteer to room host at least 2 sessions per day receive a free daily admission (education, lunch, and expo hall).
