As your 2027 PRPS Annual Conference Co-Chairs, we’re proud to welcome you to Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the beautiful Pocono Mountains as we bring together the people who make parks and recreation such a rewarding and impactful profession.

Behind every great park, recreation program, trail, community center, and special event is a passionate professional working to make a difference. This conference is an opportunity to celebrate that work, share what we’ve learned, and discover new ways to grow together.

Our theme, Building Connections and Bridging Gaps, is about more than a slogan. It reminds us that we’re stronger when we learn from one another, embrace different perspectives, and build diverse connections across every area of our profession. Whether your work focuses on recreation programming, athletics, aquatics, park maintenance, trails, conservation, or outdoor recreation, we all share a common purpose: creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and improving quality of life.

From engaging educational sessions and innovative exhibitors to networking opportunities and social events, we’ve created an experience that offers something for everyone.
