Important – Please Read Carefully!
*There are a limited number of rooms available at Spooky Nook’s on-site Warehouse Hotel, and we expect this hotel to sell out quickly, so please make your reservation early. We have secured additional blocks of rooms at three nearby hotels within 2 ½ miles from Spooky Nook, listed below.
*Breakfasts are not included in your Conference registration fee. Warehouse Hotel guests and commuters may purchase breakfast “on your own” at Spooky Nook’s on-site Restaurant Breakfast Buffet for $15 + tax/gratuity (6:30 – 9:30 am) or Smoothie Bar/Coffee Shop (6:30 am – 9:00 pm). Guests staying at the Comfort Suites, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn receive complimentary hot breakfast buffet at their hotel.
*Wednesday 3/25 Dinner and Evening Social will be held at Decades (www.decadeslancaster.com). Shuttle buses to and from Decades will run continuously 6 pm - 11 pm with stops at Spooky Nook, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn. All attendees must have a ticket to enter Decades (included in Full Conference registration fee). Daily registrants may purchase tickets for this event, subject to availability. If you choose to drive separately to Decades, there is a parking garage located next to the facility, but please be responsible and designate a driver.
*Free lockers are available at Spooky Nook for commuters and guests staying at nearby hotels to store conference bags, coats, casual/theme clothing for socials, dress clothes for Thursday’s Awards Banquet. etc.
*Spooky Nook fitness day passes are available for attendees not staying at the Warehouse Hotel for $15 and include the fitness center, fitness classes, courts and turfs or $10 for courts and turfs.
