Welcome Luau!
Tuesday, March 12
Join us as we RIDE the TIDE into conference week with a Welcome Luau! Wear your Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts for this beach themed bash! Districts will be competing in beach games while the DJ plays classic island vibe hits! Be sure to try your hand at some classic board walk games brought to you by our expo hall vendors!
Tuesday District Challenge - LIMBO!
1. Each District will pick 10 contestants. Teams must be co-ed.
2. All contestants must approach the bar facing forward. Contestants must attempt to go under the bar with their backs facing toward the floor. When passing under the bar, players must bend backwards. No part of their body is allowed to touch the bar, and no part other than their feet may touch the ground. They must not turn their head or neck to the side.
3. The District with the last contestant successfully competing will win the challenge with 100 points.
Second to last place District competing will receive 50 points.
Third to last place District will receive 25 points.

Wednesday, March 13
Let’s strike up some fun at the Seven Springs bowling alley! Cheer on the Districts as they hit the lanes to compete for points toward the belt in a bowling brawl! There will also be lanes open for free bowling for those interested. Classic game night activities will be set up in the bar and lounge to enjoy as well!

1. Each District will pick 6 players to bowl. Teams must be co-ed.
2. Each district will complete ten frames of bowling.
3. The district that wins the tournament will receive 100 points.
The second place district will receive 50 points.
The third place district will receive 25 points.
IRISH Goodbye Party!
Thursday, March 14
Eat, Drink and Be Irish! Join us for a wee bit o’ fun as we go green heading into St. Patrick’s Day! Live music, Irish dancing, and crowning of the District champions will be among some of the shenanigans that take place as we toast the end of our conference! A bit of malarky and lots of cheer, make no mistake you’ll want to be here!
Thursday District Challenge - Tug-O-War!
1. Each District will pick 8 coed players, 4 males and 4 females.
2. Contestants begin tugging the rope when the referee gives the signal. Each player pulls backwards as hard as they can. The teams continue pulling until the center of the rope (tape mark) crosses where the referee is standing. The game ends when the referee declares one team has successfully pulled past the center.
3. No gloves will be allowed at the event. No anchoring, looping around the end of the rope will be allowed.
4. We will be playing round robin:
~ Round 1: District 1 Vs. District 2
~ Round 2: District 1 Vs. District 3
~ Round 3: District 2 Vs. District 3
~ Final will be the 2 two teams with the most wins.
5. Districts will be awarded 50 points per win.
The District that wins the tournament will receive an additional 100 points.
BONUS! 25 points will be awarded to any District that shows up in costume. It is an Irish theme so that is encouraged but any
costume or team uniform will receive points!
