We’ll have glow sticks, LED bracelets, and plenty of glowing vibes to keep the night lit. This isn’t your average mixer - it’s a laid-back night to laugh, dance, and connect with your parks & rec peers. The only rule? The brighter, the better.
Step Back in Time at DECADES SOCIAL

This all-attendee bus trip will consist of food, networking, and a side of play at Decades—a one-of-a-kind retro-inspired hotspot in downtown Lancaster. This unique venue has it all: a full restaurant and bar with delicious eats and craft drinks, a 45-game retro arcade that’ll bring out your inner kid, boutique bowling lanes for friendly competition, and plenty of space to mix and mingle. Shuttle buses will take multiple trips to and from the venue – come just for dinner or hang for the entire social!
Please note that due to limited capacity, the Decades Social is only available to full conference attendees. Full conference attendees will have the option to opt-out if needed.
Pajama Jam Social

After a night of formal fun, it’s time to kick off your shoes and get comfy! Join us for the Pajama Jam—our laid-back social where cozy meets community. Rock your favorite PJs (fuzzy slippers encouraged), enjoy light snacks and drinks, and keep the good vibes going with crafts, games, and plenty of laughs. We’ll keep the vibe relaxed with classic cartoons, a craft station to decorate your own sleep mask, and a district challenge to spark some spirited competition. And don’t forget to hit the 360° photo booth to capture your best pajama party poses!
