CONFERENCE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
As many of our members readily understand, the economics of conducting a multifaceted public event like our Conference incur both fixed and fluctuating costs based on the number of participants and amenities. Additional limiting factors include contractual minimums and guarantees, deadlines, penalties and other fees, regardless of the number of participants.
PRPS makes every attempt to hold overhead costs to a minimum and offer a value-filled conference at a fair price while avoiding undue losses. The Board of Directors appreciates your understanding of the following policy.
Registration refund and cancellation requests must be provided in writing no later than 4 pm EST, Friday, February 20, 2026, and will incur a $100 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued if requested/postmarked after the February 20, 2026, cut-off date. Substitution registrations will be accepted on a case by case basis.
